Yes I am.
While writing this blog my head is still aching.
I woke up this morning (around 5am) because my head is in pain, plus a severe back pain + cough.
I hate to wake up my husband, pag kasi nagising siya, for sure sira na ang tulog niya.
But I don't know what to do, i hurriedly look for my 'OMEGA' to put some.
I put some to my head and to my back and even sa tummy ko.
trivia: I have this habit of putting pain reliever every time I feel pain. and kapag nahihirapan akong makatulog.
Akala ko magiging ok na ako, pero HINDI. walang nagawa si manong omega.
I also tried 'SALONPAS', 'UNTOGMOLODON' and 'BIOGESIC' hoping it will ease the pain... but still nothing. Sinamahan pa ng madalas na pag-s*ka, dahil sa pag-inom ko ng biogesic na walang laman ang tiyan.
I even ask my husband if he can massage my head, hoping that it will make me relax and I can go back to sleep. Pero wala rin, still I am in pain and I feel like crying. I even ask him to bring me to the nearest hospital.
Since it was already 7am I already take a bath, hoping that I'll feel better.
He prepare coffee for me. As I was drying my hair, I somehow feel better, baka ngayon lang umipekto ung biogesic, pero naman.... almost 3 hrs. I really wanted to take a nap, kaya lang I have this early meeting and I don't want to be late nor to take a Sick Leave.
I headed to the clinic at the office. And told the story to the Doctor.
He told me that I might be experiencing stress. I may be doing a lot of thinking and as I go to sleep my mind seems to still process those things.
He ended up giving me a Dolfenal for the pain and Solmux for my Caugh.
I wonder if this medicine can make me feel better.
The doctor advise me to visit him again after 2 days, if there are no progress at all.
He also advise me not to stress my self.
Now I'm wondering, what are those things that stressed me? hmmm...
Anyway, I'm hoping to feel better...

One Morning at Pink Sisters
First time ko dito, and my friend told me that I can write my Prayers/Petition in a letter and then the sisters will pray for it.
I don't know what to expect at first, i was thinking of course of a church.
But when we get there, it was as if we're in different place. It was so holy... as we entered the chapel there are sister's at the altar praying then singing...
I had goosebumps when I heard them sing, they're angels sent from heaven...
I kneel and pray then I heard them sang, tear drops are about to fall from my eyes. With daddy Jep beside me and is praying with me I feel so blessed and lucky.
I headed to the left side of the church where you can find the papers and the envelop...
....there are no pen available so I have to head back to the car and look for one...
With the pen and the paper, I kneel and write my petition then drop it (to where it should be drop).
There's an arrow stating to drop it 'there'. It was as if it will go to heaven directly.
At home I asked my husband, why he doesn't write a letter and he replied, "You already did one... I know you'll write some for me" ^_^
It is one of my Best Mornings. :)

One touch of nature makes the whole world kin. ~William Shakespeare

Look at the trees, look at the birds, look at the clouds, look at the stars...
and if you have eyes you will be able to see that the whole existence is joyful.
Everything is simply happy.
Trees are happy for no reason; they are not going to become prime ministers or presidents and they are not going to become rich and they will never have any bank balance.
Look at the flowers - for no reason.
It is simply unbelievable how happy flowers are.

Club Balai Isabel

A post holiday vacation for us. :)
It was our plan to visit there after our wedding last December but due to sked conflict, we opt not to go. We also plan to go here with our friend Sikoletlover and Basuraman, but then again, due to sked conflict, they ended up going to Bohol. (ang hirap mag bangga-bangga ng time *_* hays)
After 2 hours of travel from makati we finally arrived. :) How to get there?

one of the infinity pool |
mag swimming sana kami kaya lang nagkatamaran na...
reason: malamig ang water.
so sabi namin, mag early morning swim na lang kami...
the other infinity pool |
the following morning xmpre nagkatamaran pa rin...
reason: mainit na at baka mangitim kami... (indi pa ako na kaka recover from bora + palawan) haha
so, we ended up staying in our room after breakfast until 12noon hanggang sa mag check-out na.

We ended up doing nothing... we just eat, watch a movie, enjoyed the view, then had a massage before we go to bed.
It was a total relaxation for the two of us.
Balai Isabel is ideal for the whole family, where kids will definitely enjoy the pool. Ofcourse you wont go swimming by the lake, I would never advise that! :)
They do have water sports like kayaking, sailing, wakeboarding with additional cost.
Also, Balai is known for wedding locations (they had church inside the resort), I already seen some wedding that was held here.
And they are actually setting up a wedding by the lake shore the day that we're about to go home.
and just this morning I saw Oyo Sotto and Kristine Hermosa's wedding that was held there and it somehow amazed me. :)
I somehow feel glad that once in my life I visit there with the love of my life. :)
